Over 3 extended days, learners will develop the knowledge and practical competencies needed to provide effective first aid for adults, children and infants.

Topics include: CPR and AED use, choking, stroke, head injuries, fractures, asthma and much more.

Course information

How long is the course?

The content of this training is taught over three days.

Time is set aside during the course for a suitable number of breaks. Participants are welcome to bring their own snacks/lunch or enjoy a variety of hot or cold food and refreshments at our on-site café.

Do I need any prerequisites?

No, you do not require any prior knowledge, experience or qualifications to attend this training.

Practical, hands on training

Training is made as practical and engaging as possible using videos, examples, practical exercises and scenarios to help create confident and competent first aiders.

Experienced trainers

Courses are delivered by those with real hands on experience of dealing with emergencies such as those from the emergency services and often Paramedics, nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Train at your workplace or locally

For companies & organisations without a suitable training environment as well as individuals booking on to an open course, training is carried out at a suitable local venue with sufficient space to ensure a quality training experience.
